Hi, So, I am a distance runner. I weigh 145. I am starting to lift, but not to bulk up, just to increase strength. What are some good max goals for me? Especially for squat, deadlift, clean and jerk, and bench? you could google it to see what other people around your weight or what the general maxes are. ultimately, everyone is different and two people that weigh 145 will have different max capabilities. just start lifting and try adding 5 pounds to your max every week to see if you're able to do it Thanks!
